Indian cuisine offers several vegetarian and vegan dishes, since about 20% of Indians are vegetarian (Biswas, 2018). If you’re plant-based or just looking to decrease meat in your diet, these recipes are for you! Below are a few vegetarian and vegan classic Indian dishes perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a snack.
