As the holidays roll around, it is important that we are providing resources and gifts for our youth that allow them to expand their minds, and engage with themselves, the environment, and the community in a positive way. Therefore, we have put together a wide and varied collection of books for you (and possible holiday gifts!) while speaking with booksellers, neighborhood librarians, and a plethora of internet resources! Focusing on two of Each Green Corner’s core values, community, and food security, this booklist helps to provide educators and parents with a useful resource for locating age-appropriate, captivating books about food systems and related issues for young readers.
