This month of December you can help make sure that Each Green Corner can continue providing communities in San Mateo County with the resources they need to fight food insecurity. Thanks to the generosity of the George and Judy Marcus Foundation, every dollar you give in the month of December will be matched to support sustainable garden initiatives that feed your community.
As the year comes to an end and families get together to share holiday joy around the dinner table, our organization continues to dedicate itself to providing San Mateo County residents of all ages with the resources they need to build sustainable food systems and foster food security within their communities. Each Green Corner provides residents with food educational programs and hands-on curriculum to engage local community centers and more than 8,000 K-12 students in building produce gardens throughout the county.
Our goal this month is to raise $20,000, which will be directed towards further developing these programs to better serve and reach more families.
