Empress of Dirt – How to Grow Veggies from Kitchen Scraps – Great, no-cost activity to help kids understand how all their produce comes from the garden!

Junior Master Gardener – Kid Zone – Hosted by Texas A&M Extension, this site provides a free multi-level program of coordinated activities.

KidsGardening.org Activities – Provides extensive list of activities for all ages, with materials lists, estimated duration and instructions.

Day Camps

LifeLab Day Camp (Santa Cruz, CA)

The Heal Project Camp (El Granada, CA) – Campers will plant, harvest, cook, hike, discover, craft, laugh and learn during our farm-based camps. Through discovering the wonder of the natural world around us, campers build a deeper connection to nature, themselves and each other.
